Bread coated shnitzel

Black bread is the pride of all Estonians and a staple food craved when abroad. Pork and black bread have always been on Estonians’ tables, and now we put the two together in one product. The collar chop slices in the breading of black bread will cook nice and crispy but the meat will remain juicy.

pork collar 88%, black bread rusk 6.5% (i.a. rye, wheat, barley), barley malt extract, salt, black pepper, dextrose, spices, flavorings.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery and milk.


Pan: fry the product on medium heat, turning occasionally, for 15 minutes until the product is pleasantly crispy on both sides.

In the oven: bake the product in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.

In a hot air fryer: bake the product for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 200 °C.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +71 ºC.
