Classical mini blood-sausages
Blood sausage made according to a classic recipe, which is also a children’s favourite – thin mini sausages in natural sheep’s intestine. They are quick to prepare and a delicious snack! The sausage is made with real marjoram, or sausage grass – just as it’s always made.
barley, pork 22%, blood 17%, pork skin, pork head meat 3%, pork fat, onion, salt, majoran, spices and herbs, flavourings, lamb casing.
May contain milk, soy, mustard, celery and eggs.
Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180°C. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 20 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
Once opened, we recommend consumption within 48 hours.
