Ingredients

barley, pork 18%, food blood 14%, pork skin, pork fat, roasted onion 5% (i.a. rapeseed oil, wheat flour), cream 4%, onion, salt, majoran, spices and herbs, aromatic and spices (i.a. smoking preparation), lamb casing.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery and egg.

Preparation

Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180 °C. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 20 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
