Ingredients
barley groats, food blood 25%, pork 11%, smoked meat 8% [pork (108 g of meat used to make 100g of product), salt, preservative E250], pork skin, pork fat, onion, salt, majoram, herbs and spices, flavorings (i.a. smoking preparation, yeast extract), lamb casing.
May contain small amounts of milk, soy, mustard, celery, wheat and egg.
Preparation
Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180 °C. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 20 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
