Pere blood sausage
Tiny and plump Pere blood sausages are made the way blood sausages should be made – using marjoram and pig intestine. The flavour is that of a classic blood sausage.
pearl barley, blood 14%, pork 8%,
pork head meat 8%, pork fat, pork skin, onion, salt, majoram, spices and herbs, flavourings (i.a. smoke flavouring, yeast extract), pork intestine.
May contain traces of soy, milk, mustard, egg and celery.
remove the packaging. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, to achieve a crispier result, coat the blood sausages with oil and cook for approx. 30 minutes until the sausages are crispy on the outside. The product is also suitable for frying in a pan and grilling on the grill!
Once opened, we recommend consumption within 48 hours.
