Stroganoff pork strips

The Easy to Fry product range lives up to its name. It cooks quickly in the pan. Brown the meat with the sauce first, add water and sour cream and a nice nostalgic stroganoff sauce is ready faster than even the side dish. Tip – bring rice, pasta or potatoes to the boil earlier. That way the whole dinner is ready at the same time.

pork sirloin 74%, water, rapeseed oil, wheat flour, onion, salt, black pepper, antioxidant E300, flavorings.

May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery, rye, barley and milk.


Brown the meat in a pan, then add 150 ml of water and simmer under the lid until the meat is soft. Add 80 g of sour cream and boil once.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +71°C.
