Thin blood sausages with cranberry jam
Slim blood sausages in natural sheep’s intestine are given a festive winter flavour with the addition of cranberries and cranberry jam.
barley, pork 20%, blood 18%, pork skin, pork fat, onion, salt, dried cranberries 6%, sugars, sunflower oil, cranberry jam 2,5% (cranberries 43%, water, thickener modified starch, preservative: K-sorbate), spices, dextrose, hydrolysed vegetable protein, spice extracts, yeast extract, lamb casing.
May contain milk, soy, mustard, celery and eggs.
Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180°C. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 25 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
