Способ приготовления
До термической обработки удалите пленочную упаковку.
Для достижения наилучшего результата запекайте мясо при температуре 180 °C в течение около 40-45 минут.
Запекайте блюдо на гриле при среднем жаре или низкой температуре под крышкой в течение около 50 минут, время от времени переворачивая мясо и поливая его соусом. Чтобы мясо стало особенно сочным, оберните его после гриля фольгой и оставьте на 5-10 минут настаиваться.
