BBQ grillburger from pork meat
Pork 85%, water, herbs and spices (tomato powder, smoked coriander), dried onion, meat protein, salt, acerola extract, flavorings (incl jalapeno), dextrose, black pepper.
May contain traces of mustard, soya, eggs, wheat and rye.

Take burgers from the tray, brush with little oil and make a dimple in the middle of a burger. Grill burgers 6 minutes on both sides. Heat a little bit of oil on the pan and fry the burgers on high heat on both sides until they are brown then lower the heat to the medium and fry the burgers on each side for 8 minutes or cook in the oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes. Before serving let the burger stay in a covered dish for 1 minute. Tip: Rotate the burgers only once to achieve nice grille stripes on the surface.
