BBQ-marinade grillsteaks from beef striploin
beef loin (85%), marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, spices, salt, rapseed oil, sugar, flavourings, lemon juice powder, acidity regulator: E262.
May contain traces of mustard, celery, soya, milk, wheat, barley and rye.

Take the meat from the package and set it on the grill above the embers when they are still hot. At first grill the meat from both sides for 30 seconds to catch the meat juices. Then turn the meat pieces no more than once, otherwise it will dry them. Use barbecue tongs not fork to avoid meat juices coming out. Grill the meat for 2 minutes on each side. Cook in the oven at ~ 180º C for about 8 minutes or fry at high temperature for 3 minutes on each side.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
