BBQ Pineapple-jalapeno grill meat

Take the meat from the package and set it on the grill above the embers only when you can hold your hand in the altitude of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. At first grill the meat from both sides for 1 minute to catch the meat juices. Then turn the meat no more than once, otherwise it will dry them. Use barbecue tongs not fork to avoid meat juices coming out. Grill the meat for 10 minutes on each side. (In the oven cook at ~ 180 ºC for about 40 minutes). For a softer and juicier dish, keep meat in closed bowl for about 4 minutes after cooking.
