Beef fresh sausage in lamb casing
beef (71%), water, vegetables, spices and herbs, salt, sugars, beef protein, flavourings, psyllium and bamboo fibers, stabilizer: E262, acidity regulator: E450, vinegar, lamb casing.
Product may contain traces of soya, mustard, egg, milk, wheat and rye.

Take the sausages out of the package and grill them 8-10 minutes. Fry at medium heat 10-15 minutes. Cook in preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
In open package it is recommended to use in 12 hours.
