Take burgers from the tray, brush burgers with little oil and make a dimple to the middle of a burger. Grill burgers 6 minutes on one side, turn the burger around with spatula and grill them 6 minutes on the other side. Add a little amount of oil to the pan, let the oil get hot and fry the burgers on high heat on both sides until they are brown. Lower the heat to the medium and fry the burgers on each side for 8 minutes or cook in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.Before serving let the burger cook in a covered dish for 1 minutes. Tip: Rotate the burgers only once to achieve nice grille stripes on the surface.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
In open package it is recommended to use in 12 hours.
