Take burgers from the tray, prush burgers with little oil and make a dimple to the middle of a burger. Grill on a higher heat for 2-3 minutes and let it rest on a lower heat for 1-2 minutes. Or fry on grillpan at average heat for 4 minutes from both sides. Before serving let the burger cook in a covered dish for 1 minutes. Tip: Rotate the burgers only once to achieve nice grille stripes on the surface.
