Classical mini bloodsausages

Ingredients

barley, blood 17%, pork 14%, pork skin, pork head meat 3%, pork fat, pork protein 2%, onion, salt, majoran, spices and herbs, flavourings, lamb casing
May contain milk, soy, mustard, celery and eggs.
Attention: ends of sausages may be closed with metal clips!

Preparation

Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180^oC. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 20 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
