The long-awaited Rakvere smoked sausage is back on the counters!
This carefully crafted recipe for smoked sausage is, of course, full of pork and beef. The classically good-tasting full-smoked sausage smoked with real alder smoke is available as a conveniently prepared sliced as well as a whole bar, so that you can cut the slices on the snack table or on the butter according to your taste.
beef (for 100 g of finished product used 61 g of meat), pork (for 100 g of finished product used 57 g of meat) pork fat, salt, spice extracts, stabilizer: E450, flavourings (i.a. smoke flavouring), antioxidant: E315, spices, preservative: E250. Not edible casing.
May contain traces of wheat, milk, soya, mustard, celery and sesame seeds.
