Mustard BBQ grill-meat
Grill-meat in mustardy BBQ marinade from juicy pork collar is inspired by South-Carolina BBQ-culture. American flavour of pleasure tone is given by garlic, turmeric, parsley, thyme, rosemary and horseradish.

Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, sugars, salt, mustard powder (0,29%), mustard seeds, salt, modified starch, spices (i.a. garlic, curcum,parsley, thyme), flavorings (i.a horse raddish), acidity regulator: E300, thickener: E415, spice extracts, dried vinegar
May contain traces of milk, celery, soy and gluten.

Take the meat from the package and set it on the grill above the embers only when you can hold your hand in the altitude of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. At first grill the meat from both sides for 1 minute to catch the meat juices. Then turn the meat pieces no more than once, otherwise it will dry them. Use barbecue tongs not fork to avoid meat juices coming out. Grill the meat for 10 minutes on each side. (In the oven cook at ~ 180º C for about 40 minutes). For a softer and juicier dish braise the meat under cover at low temperature.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
