Pork collar in classical marinade

Pork collar

Much commended pork collar slices seasoned in classical red marinade get, thanks to the heat of barbecue, just right mild and juicy flavor.

Ingredients

pork collar (80%), marinade.

Ingredients of marinade: water, rapeseed oil, spices, salt, sugars, tomato, onion, garlic, hydrolysed vegetable protein, herbs, psyllium fiber, dried vinegar, spice extracts.

May contain traces of soya, mustard, celery, gluten and milk.

Preparation

Take meat out of the box and place it on the grill over the glowing charcoal when you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill without burning for 3-4 seconds.
To begin, grill the meat on both sides at higher temperature for about 1 minute to allow the meat juices to stick. Do not turn the meat pieces more than once, because too much turning will make the meat dry. Use a grill tweezer instead of a fork to avoid meat juice to drain out. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.
Bake the meat in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes. Heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71 ° C before use.
