Pork loin grill meat in sour cream-onion marinade
pork loin (80%), marinade. Marinade ingredients: sour cream (17%), onion (5%), salt, spices (garlic, chives), sugars, hydrolysed vegetable protein, acidity regulator: E262, parsley, apple fibers.
May contain traces of mustard, celery, soya, wheat, barley and rye.

Take the meat from the package and set it on the grill above the embers only when you can hold your hand in the altitude of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. At first grill the meat from both sides for 1 minute to catch the meat juices. Then turn the meat pieces no more than once, otherwise it will dry them. Use barbecue tongs not fork to avoid meat juices coming out. Grill the meat for ~ 8 minutes on each side. Cook in the oven at ~ 180º C for about 20 minutes or fry at medium temperature for ~ 8 minutes on each side.
Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 71°C.
