Slow cooked turkey drumstick with roasted onions and cream

Slow-cooked turkey drumstick is a truly delicate treat for poultry meat lovers. The exquisitely tender and juicy meat gets flavour from roasted onions, cream and pepper. Heat up on a grill or in the oven – and enjoy.

Ingredients

turkey drumstick (76%), water, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat, canola oil, roasted onion (2%), cream (2%), glucose syrup, spices, sugars, hydrolysed vegetable protein, flavourings, acidity regulator: E451, stabilizers: E452, yeast extract, thickeners: E412, E415.

Product may contain traces of wheat, mustard, celery, soya.

Preparation

Before heating remove packaging film.
For the best result, roast the meat at 180 °C for approx. 40-45 minutes. From time to time, moisten the meat with gravy. Grill the product on a medium or low temperature under the lid for approx. 50 minutes, turning the meat over for time to time, and moistening it with the sauce included in the pack. You will get the juiciest result, if you let it rest under tin foil after grilling for 5–10 minutes.
