Before heating remove packaging film.
For the best result, roast the meat at 180 °C for approx. 40-45 minutes. From time to time, moisten the meat with gravy. Grill the product on a medium or low temperature under the lid for approx. 50 minutes, turning the meat over for time to time, and moistening it with the sauce included in the pack. You will get the juiciest result, if you let it rest under tin foil after grilling for 5–10 minutes.
In open package recommended to use within 48 hours.
