Eesti Rahwa verivorst seasooles

Mahedamaitseline verivorst, mis on valmistatud traditsioonilise retsepti järgi, kasutades vaid ehedaid koostisosi: seasooled ja seaveri ning on maitsestatud vorstirohu ehk majoraaniga. Taskukohase hinnaga!

Koostisosad

Odrakruubid, toiduveri (14%), seapealiha (8%), seapekk, seakamar, sibul, sool, majoraan, suitsutuspreparaat, vürtsid, lõhna- ja maitsetugevdaja: E621, seasool.

Võib sisaldada vähesel määral: piima, soja, muna, sellerit ja sinepit.

Vorstide otsad võivad olla kinnitatud metallklipsidega.

Keskmised toiteväärtused 100 g toote kohta:
Energiasisaldus kJ / 219 kcal
Rasvu 11 g
Sh küllastunud rasvhappeid 2,3 g
Süsivesikuid 20 g
Sh suhkruid 0,4 g
Valke 10 g
Soola 1,6 g

Valmistamine

Võta verivorstid kilepakendist välja. Kuumuta pannil rasvaine või eelsoojenda ahi. Prae vorste pannil mõõdukal kuumusel või küpseta ahjus 180 °C juures 30 minutit, kuni vorstid on krõbedad.

Säilitamine

+2…+6 °C

Avatult soovitame tarvitada 48 tunni jooksul.

Tähelepanu: verivorstide otsad võivad olla kinnitatud metallklipsidega.
