Itaaliapärane toorsuitsupeekon

Erilise ümara kujuga ja mõnusalt suitsuse maitsega itaaliapärane toorsuitsupeekon ehk pancetta sobib ideaalselt nii hamburgeri vahele kui maitsvate pirukate ja pitsa katteks, kuid muudab särtsakaks ka iga hommikusöögi.

sealiha (95%), jodeeritud sool, dekstroos, stabilisaatorid: E450, E451, antioksüdant: E301, säilitusaine: E250, lõhna- ja maitseained (sh suitsutuspreparaat).

Valmistamine

Soovitame küpsetada enne söömist kas pannil või ahjus.
Määri eelkuumutatud pann vähese rasvainega, lao peekoniviilud ühe kihina pannile ja küpseta peekoniviile aeg-ajalt pöörates keskmisel kuumusel ca 6-8 minutit, kuni peekon on kergelt pruunistunud.
Ahjus küpsetades lao peekoniviilud ühe kihina ahjupannile ja küpseta 200 °C eelkuumutatud ahjus ca 15 minutit.

Avatult soovitame tarvitada 24 tunni jooksul.
