Verivorst praesibulaga

Traditsioonilise retsepti järgi valmistatud verivorstid, millele lisavad tuttavat kodust maitset kuldpruuniks praetud sibulad. Vorstid ei sisalda säilitusaineid ega kunstlikke lõhna- ja maitsetugevdajaid.

Koostisosad

odrakruubid, sealiha (15%), toiduveri (13%), seakamar, seapealiha (4%), praesibul (4%), seapekk, sibul, sool, majoraan, maitsetaimed ja vürtsid, suhkur, lõhna- ja maitseained (sh suitsutuspreparaat), hüdrolüüsitud taimne valk, rapsiõli, seasool.

Võib sisaldada vähesel määral piima, soja, sinepit, sellerit ja muna.

Valmistamine

Võta verivorstid kilepakendist välja. Kuumuta pannil rasvaine või eelsoojenda ahi. Prae vorste pannil mõõdukal kuumusel või küpseta ahjus 180 °C juures u 30 minutit, kuni vorstid on krõbedad.

Tähelepanu: verivorstide otsad võivad olla kinnitatud metallklipsidega.
