Babyback ribs in a classic marinade
The Estonian pork baby back mini ribs are a narrow strip of ribs cut from the top of the pork loin. The ribs are seasoned with a classic red marinade and are suitable for both grilling and oven baking.

Ingredients
Pork rib 90%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, flavorings (i.a. yeast extract, celery, mustard), spices and herbs, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy), acidity regulators: E262ii, E330; thickeners: E412, E415; food colors: caramel, paprika extract; preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain small amounts of wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it bake for another 5 minutes. Heat to an internal temperature of at least 72 °C before serving.
