Ingredients
pork collar 88%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, sugar, salt, herbs and spices, flavourings (including yeast extract, smoked maltodextrin), acidity regulator E330, antioxidant E300, thickeners: E412, E415; food colouring: caramel, paprika extract.
May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Grill the cuts of meat at a higher temperature on each side for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Then grill the meat for about 12 minutes on each side.
In the oven: In the preheated oven, bake the meat on the convection program at 180 °C for about 40 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook the meat at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
Pan: fry over medium heat for about 12 minutes on each side.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
