Blueberry shashlik
Hand-cut shashlik marinated in a rich authentic blueberry puree is a favorite for the whole family. Does not contain flavour enhancer E621.

Ingredients
pork collar 72%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, blueberry puree 6%, rapeseed oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, flavorings (incl smoke aroma), food colours: caramel, paprika; acidity regulator citric acid, thickeners: E412, E415; preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain traces of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
