Georgian shashlik in dry marinade

Pork collar shashlik in a dry marinade, with herbs and classic Georgian-style spices for an aromatic, well-balanced flavor. Onion, garlic, paprika, and coriander bring out the meat’s distinctive character.

Ingredients

pork collar 91%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, salt, flavorings, maltodextrin, herbs (onion, garlic, parsley, chives), glucose, spices (paprika, pepper, coriander, laurel). Origin of raw materials – EU.

May contain traces of soy, celery, mustard, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.

In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.

Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.

In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
