Ingredients
Pork, salt, spices, flavourings, stabilizers: E452, E412, E415; acidity regulator E451, sugar, dextrose, yeast extract.
May contain small amounts of soy, mustard, celery and milk.
Preparation
Serve cold and sliced or cooked as a main dish. Heat in the oven at 130 ºC to desired temperature, brown at 190 ºC until the rind is crispy.
