Slow cooked pork ham
The slow-cooked classic pork roast is a suitable dish for both holiday feasts and weekday dinners. The long cooking time at low temperature has made the pork especially tender while retaining its juiciness. With its delightful seasoning, the pork roast is already prepared and only requires a quick reheating in the oven before serving as an excellent dish.

Ingredients
pork ham with skin 79% (EU), water, mustard powder, brandy vinegar, salt, glucose syrup, spices (i.a. mustard), honey, flavorings, sugar, rapeseed oil, vinegar, preservative E202, fibre psyllium, hydrolized vegetable protein.
May contain traces of milk, soy, wheat, celery, sesame seeds.
Preparation
Ready product- serve chilled or heated. Before heat treatment remove packaging film. For best results bake at 180 °C ca 20 minutes. From time to time dip meat with meatgravy. Try heating on a grill! For heating the product on a grill use the medium or medium-low temperature on the grill and cook the meat under a lid for 40-45 min. Turn the meat during the process and mop it with the sauce from packaging. For the extra juicy end result let the meat rest covered with foil for 5-10min.
