Ingredients

pork loin 81%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: water, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, onion powder, dextrose, psyllium fibers, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, flavourings, garlic, spices, herbs.

May contain traces of mustard, celery, soy, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the packaging.

On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Grill the cuts of meat at a higher temperature on each side for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.

In the oven: In the preheated oven, bake the meat on the convection program at 180 °C for about 35 minutes.

In a pan: fry over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side. After heat treatment, let the cooked meat stand under the lid for about 4 minutes and then serve.

NB! Heat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C before serving.
