Shashlik made from hand-cut pork neck in a kefir marinade. Does not contain flavor enhancer E621. Made from the best shashlik meat – pork neck, with pieces cut by hand. The yogurt-kefir marinade, without water or vinegar, makes the meat especially tender and juicy. Tastes great for both adults and children. Ingredients
pork collar 73 %, marinade. Marinade ingredients: natural yoghurt, kefir 2%, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, spice extracts, flavourings, onion.
May contain traces of soya, mustard, celery, wheat, rye and barley.
Preparation
Before use heat until the internal temperature is at least +72 ˚C.
Grill or fry on a pan over medium heat for 25 minutes or bake in oven by +200 ˚C for 40 minutes.
