The authentic American classic beef burger is made from high-quality Estonian beef. The fat content of 20% ensures juiciness and taste. When making a burger, the minced meat is gently mixed with salt and pepper and shaped into a burger with a diameter of 100 mm. With different toppings and sauces, you can make just the kind of burger you like.

Ingredients

beef 83%, water, beef protein, salt, black pepper, acerola extract, dextrose, sugar, spice extracts, acidity regulator E262, bacterial culture.

Product may contain traces of soy, mustard, wheat, egg and milk.

Preparation

Take the burgers from the box, press a hole in the middle of the burgers with your thumb. On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Brush both sides of the burger with a little oil. Cook on the grill for 5 minutes on each side. Turn the burgers with a shovel just once to create nice grill stripes on the surface!

Pan: heat the oil in a pan and quickly brown the burgers on high heat on both sides, then lower the heat and fry for about 4 minutes on each side.

In the oven: cook in the oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes. Before serving, let the burgers cook for 1 minute in a covered dish.

Before use, heat meat to an internal temperature of at least 72°C.
