Classical shashlik
Classic shashlik in a light vinegar marinade, flavored with dried onion, garlic, and a selection of spices. The meat stays juicy and develops a gentle tang when cooked, delivering a purely traditional and pleasantly mild shashlik taste.

Ingredients
pork 75%, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, rapeseed oil, glucose, vegetables, spices and herbs (including onions, garlic, oregano, coriander), modified starch, flavorings.
May contain trace amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shish kebab on the grill for 25 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C 30 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
