Ingredients
pork shoulder 79%, rapeseed oil, water, mustard powder, salt, spices, sugar, dextrose, acidity regulators: E260, E330; flavourings, garlic, thickeners: E415, modified starch; food colour E160a, preservatives: E202, E211.
May contain trace amounts of milk, soy, celery, wheat, rye and barley.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the shashlik on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the convection program at 180 °C for approx. 25 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan on medium heat for approx. 25 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
