pork hind shank (121 g meat is used to produce 100 g), salt, flavorings, stabilizer E452, thickeners: E412, E415; acidity regulator E451, sugar, yeast extract, preservative E250

Preparation
Serve hot as a main course or as cold cuts. Before cooking, remove the film from around the meat. Heat to the desired temperature at 130 ºC, if desired, brown the surface of the product until crispy at 190 ºC.
