Delicious grilled meat made from locally sourced pork collar, seasoned with a marinade containing authentic garlic. The garlic adds a wonderfully bold and summery flavor to the meat. Free from flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients

pork collar 82%, water, garlic 3%, rapeseed oil, salt, vegetable fiber, spices and herbs (i.a. chives), acidity regulator E330, mustard seeds, mustard powder, sugar, flavorings, dextrose, yeast extract, preservatives: E202, E211.

May contain traces of soy, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.

Preparation

Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Grill the meat cut on each side at a higher temperature for about 1 minute. Turn the pieces of meat only once. Use grill tongs when turning. Grill the meat for about 10 minutes on each side.

In the oven: cook the meat in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 40 minutes.

Pan: fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side.

NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
