The Lihaka series shashlik sausages are our meatiest grill sausages, containing a whopping 96% meat. The flavor is a classic Caucasian-style shashlik sausage, with the distinctive taste coming from onion, garlic, garlic tops, and white pepper. Free from flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
pork 96%, water, onion, starch, salt, flavorings (i.a. smoking preparation), sugar, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, herbs, pork casing.
May contain small amounts of milk, egg, mustard, soy and celery.
Preparation
Take the sausages out of the package. Cook on the grill for approx. 8 minutes, in a pan for approx. 6 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for approx. 8 minutes.
