Ingredients
pork 63%, water, dried crumb (i.a. wheat), egg white mass, whey powder (i.a. milk), salt, onion powder, soy protein, glucose, flavourings, black pepper.
May contain small amounts of mustard, celery, barley and oats.
Preparation
You can use Rakvere delicious meat balls to prepare soups, sauces or other delicios dishes. To prepare the soup, boil the frozen meatballs for 5-7 minutes. From time to time, remove the foam that has formed on the surface. While preparing the sauce, fry the meatballs in butter or oil until golden brown. Add a little water or broth and cream. Serve with chopped herbs.
