Ingredients
pork ribs 80%, marinade. Marinade ingredients: blueberry puree 6,4%, water, rapseed oil, salt, sugar, herbs and spices (inc paprika), flavourings (yeast extracts, smoke preparation, mustard), modified corn starch, food colouring: caramel, paprika extract, red beet concentrate extract; acidity regulator E330, thickeners: E412, E415
May contain traces of celery, soya, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Take the meat out of the box, heat it in the oven at 200 ºC for 35 minutes, on the grill or in a pan for 25 minutes. It is recommended to simmer under the lid at the end. Before use, heat to an internal temperature of at least 72˚C.
