Rakvere blood sausage

The most traditional Rakvere blood sausage, which has been a favourite among Estonians for years. Seasoned with marjoram and in pig’s intestine, it’s just like you remember it from your childhood!

barley groats, pork meat 21%, food blood 17% (EU), pork belly, pork fat, onion, salt, sausage herb or marjoram, spices, flavoring agents (i.a. smoking preparation), pork casing.

Product may contain traces of milk, soya, mustard, celery and eggs.


Remove the package. Preheat the oven up to 180oC. For a crispier result cover bloodsausages with oil and bake them ca 25 minutes until sausages are crisp from the surface. Product is also suitable for frying on a pan and grilling on a grill!
