Rakvere grill bacon
Bacon slices with rind in a herby, lightly smoky marinade. Onion, garlic, parsley, and chives create an aromatic blend that really comes to life when grilling the bacon. The result is juicy, flavorful grilled bacon, perfect as a standalone snack or as an accompaniment to other grilled dishes.

Ingredients
bacon 95%, rapeseed oil, salt, flavourings, maltodextrin, herbs (onion, garlic, parsley, chives), glucose, spices (paprika, pepper, coriander, bay leaf). Origin of raw materials -EU.
May contain trace amounts of soy, mustard, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm without burning yourself for 3-4 seconds. Cook the meat on the grill for 20 minutes, turning the pieces from time to time.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the convection program at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: bake at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
Pan: fry in a pan over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning the pieces occasionally.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
