Ingredients
barley, pork 22%, blood 17% (EE), pork skin, pork fat, meat protein, onion, salt, marjoram, spices and herbs, flavourings (incl. smoke preparation), lamb casing.
May contain trace amounts of milk, soy, mustard, celery and egg.
Preparation
Remove the packaging. Preheat the oven to 180 °C, for a crispier result, grease the blood sausages with oil and bake for about 20 minutes until the sausages are crispy on top. In a hot air fryer bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. The product is also suitable for frying in a pan and grilling on the grill!
