Rakvere cutlets
A true legend and a Rakvere classic, the cutlets have been on Estonian menus and delighting taste buds for over 20 years. The cutlest are made from pork and beef mince (meat content 67%), with a classic home-made flavour and cooked in vegetable oil until golden brown. There are no preservatives or artificial flavour enhancer E621 added to the cutlets. Suitable as a cold snack, as a sandwich topping or as a component of a dinner when heated. Rakvere cutlets are also a very convenient, quick and tasty solution to a home-made burger.

Ingredients
pork 67% EU, water, rusk (incl. wheat), onion, whey powder (incl. milk), soy protein, salt, meat protein, flavourings, spices, stabiliser E450, rapeseed oil, spice extracts, sugar, hydrolysed vegetable protein, antioxidant E300.
May contain trace amounts of mustard, celery, barley, oats and egg.
