Rakvere cutlets
A true legend and a Rakvere classic, the cutlets have been on Estonian menus and delighting taste buds for over 20 years. The cutlest are made from pork and beef mince (meat content 67%), with a classic home-made flavour and cooked in vegetable oil until golden brown. There are no preservatives or artificial flavour enhancer E621 added to the cutlets. Suitable as a cold snack, as a sandwich topping or as a component of a dinner when heated. Rakvere cutlets are also a very convenient, quick and tasty solution to a home-made burger.

Ingredients
Pork (43 %), beef (22 %), water, crumbs (incl. wheat), onion, whey powder (incl. milk ), soy protein, salt, flavoring, spices, stabilizer: E450, yeast extract, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, hydrolized vegetable protein. Fried in rapeseed oil.
Product may contain traces of mustard, celery and egg.
Preparation
Ready-made product, ready to eat or warmed up.
Before heat treatment, remove the products from the package. Heat the product in a pan on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes, in a frying oven at 180 °C for approx. 8 minutes or in a microwave oven for approx. 1 minute at 750W.
