Ingredients
pork 73%, water, pork fat, onion, meat protein, salt, vinegar, psyllium fiber, black pepper, stabilizer E450, dextrose, beetroot powder, thistle extract, spice extracts, lamb casing.
May contain traces of mustard, soy, egg, wheat and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging and brush a little oil on the raw sausages.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand above the grill grate at a height of 10 cm for 3-4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
In the oven: bake in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for approx. 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
In a pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat, then add the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages for 10 minutes, turning them in between, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C.
