Raw shashlik sausages seasoned with classic vinegar marinade, black pepper, salt, and plenty of onion, containing 73% pork. Free from flavor enhancer E621.

Ingredients
Pork 73%, water, pork fat, onion, meat protein, salt, vinegar, psyllium fibers, black pepper, stabilizer E450, dextrose, beetroot powder, thistle extract, spice extracts, lamb casing.
May contain traces of soy, mustard, eggs, wheat and milk.
Preparation
Remove the packaging and brush the raw sausages with a little oil.
On the grill: the coals are ready when there is no more flame and you can hold your hand 10 cm above the grill grate for 3–4 seconds without burning yourself. Cook the raw sausages on the grill for 10 minutes, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
In the oven: cook in a preheated oven on the fan program at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Pan: add a little oil to a preheated pan over medium heat and then the raw sausages. Fry the raw sausages for 10 minutes, turning them in between, until the sausages are evenly golden brown.
NB! Heat to at least an internal temperature of +72 °C before serving.
