Ingredients
pork tenderloin 79%, water, mustard 2% (water, mustard powder, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, vinegar, spices, preservative E202), mustard flour, brandy vinegar, salt, glucose syrup, spices (incl. mustard, paprika), honey, dextrose, psyllium fibre, sugar, hydrolysed vegetable protein, flavourings.
May contain trace amounts of soy, celery, wheat, rye, barley and milk.
Preparation
Take meat out of the package. Before cooking you may cut tenderloin in half. Cook on a grill at average heat for 20 minutes frequently turning. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes on the grill in the area of lower heat. In the oven cook at 180°C for 50 minutes. Switch off the oven and let the meat stay in warm for 5 minutes.
Heat treat to a minimum internal temperature of +72 °C before use.
