Ingredients
pork 75%, water, pork fat, egg white mass, crumb (wheat), onion, salt, potato fibers, chili flakes, garlic, flavorings, oregano.
May contain small amounts of mustard, soy and milk.
Preparation
Remove the package.
In the oven: preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for 15 minutes.
In a hot air fryer: cook for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Pan: cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. When frying in a pan, you can flatten the balls a little to make the cooking process faster and more smooth.
NB! Before use, heat treat to at least an internal temperature of +72 ºC.
