Blood pudding slices






Traditional blood pudding is a rich source of iron and protein, made from food-grade blood, rye and wheat flour, and pork fat. The product comes pre-sliced for easy use — simply fry the slices in a hot pan or bake them in the oven until crispy, and serve with sour cream or pumpkin.

Ingredients
food blood 50%, rye flour, pork fat, wheat flour, salt, onion, spices, rapeseed oil, acidity regulators: E262, E330, E500.
May contain trace amounts of egg, soy, milk, celery and mustard.
Preparation
Remove the packaging, cook the product in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, in the oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes, in a hot air fryer at 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes or until a pleasant degree of crispiness.
