This raw smoked bacon is made from boneless pork belly, first carefully cured and then cold-smoked for a rich, authentic flavour. Pleasantly crispy, ultra-thin streaky bacon slices are perfect alongside eggs for breakfast, but also add character to a wide variety of exciting recipes.
