With love from spain! Made after authentic recipe delicious dried Chorizo sausage comes straight from Spain. Chorizo Extra Dulce is enjoyably smoky and a little bit sour tasting sausage. Characteristic and different red color of the Chorizo is given by paprika. Chorizo is made of pork shoulder and bacon and has been dried in special conditions for at least two months. Sausage with southern characteristic is cut into extremely thin slices and is suitable for enjoying as a snack or on a sandwich.
